Dr. Rae moriendi

Rae Moriendi (they/them) is the pen name for a recently graduated PhD in 20th & 21C American Gothic & Horror Media.
They are lifelong resident of the US South, and have survived many heatwaves there as a goth out of pure cussedness. With their background in English, creative writing, and film, they spent multiple years working in higher education with a commitment to accessible Humanities education in the southern United States.
They are currently based in Virginia, and are seeking to pivot from academia to work with the Horror genre and literature in general in other ways.
